What We Believe
The Bible is our all-sufficient rule for faith and practice. This Statement of Fundamental Truths is intended simply as a basis of fellowship among us (i.e., that we all speak the same thing, 1 Corinthians 1:10; Acts 2:42). The phraseology employed in this statement is not inspired or contended for, but the truth set forth is held to be essential to a full-gospel ministry. No claim is made that it contains all biblical truth, only that it covers our need as to these fundamental doctrines. Read More... |

Pastor Randy started out in life after high school just as many of us do, attending college and trying to find the path God had laid out for his life. He obtained his degree from The University of Central Oklahoma and soon after began a long-term successful career in the oilfield where he stayed until 2000. He moved onto dedicate two years of his life working to build a sawmill and organize a lumber exporting business in Suriname, South America. When that project was finished he joined the management team for the manufacturing division of Hobby Lobby located in OKC. During this time at Hobby Lobby, Pastor Randy began to feel a stirring in his spirit that God was asking something more of him. Soon after, Pastor Randy joined the ministry team of his home church and served as executive pastor and missions coordinator. While working at Highpointe church he obtained his ministry credentials with the Assemblies of God. Upon receiving his ordination, he began to seek God’s direction once again and through His leading, Randy was asked to become the senior pastor of Living Water church in November of 2010.
Pastor Randy and Carole love God’s people and believe that they have been sent to Living Water church to nurture, teach, train up and prepare the people to go out and share the news of God’s great love with everyone they encounter. |

In his spare time, Scott does voice over work for “The Gospel Station” in Ada, Oklahoma and is owner of a part-time business, Above & Beyond Services, a office administration and computer work enterprise.
Scott’s career started as a marketing assistant with Arvest Bank where he worked until 2009. In 2010 he took a position as video editor for the periodical “Prophecy in the News” prior to accepting his current position as associate pastor at Living Water Church. The love of music, song writing and singing has been in Scott’s blood almost all of his life, but he fell in love with leading others into the sweet presence of our Lord through praise and worship while serving in a local church as the youth leader. He was asked to take praise and worship one Sunday morning and as they say the rest is history. God has certainly blessed Scott with many talents, among them the ability to play the piano, rhythm guitar, bass guitar, drums and percussion. Aside from his musical abilities, he also discovered he had a dramatic side. Participating in dramas as a teenager, he soon developed a talent for writing small skits and large scale cantatas. Scott’s unique abilities to touch people’s lives through drama and video presentation have been experienced by many. Throughout their marriage Scott and Cynthia have always felt the pull towards full-time ministry, but with patience sought God’s direction for the time and place to make the move. But as we are instructed in His word to not be idle, they used their time serving and ministering in various churches. With a servant’s heart Scott began instructing praise and worship leaders, upgrading audio equipment, consulting on website creation and assisted with computer repair. In 2008 they felt the Lord instructing them to search out full-time ministry, which in 2010 brought them to a little town named Coyle, Oklahoma. Scott served the Coyle Assembly of God church as their part-time praise and worship leader until 2011 when he accepted his current Associate Pastor position here in Guthrie at Living Water Church. ![]() ![]() |

I graduated with a B.S. in Forensic Science from the University of Central Oklahoma and Alice graduated with a B.S. in Management and Ethics from Mid-America Christian University in December 2010. I’m currently employed at the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation as a Lab Technician in the Toxicology Lab. Alice is an independent contractor and is currently working as a Construction Manager for the United States Army Corps of Engineers at Tinker Air Force Base.
Some of my hobbies include playing video games, fishing, running, and watching historical documentaries. My wife and I enjoy spending time with our three dogs and watching movies on Netflix. We are huge Indianapolis Colts fans come football season and Texas Rangers fans during baseball season. We have a passion for reaching out to teenagers and sharing with them the love of Christ. When Alice was in high school her life changed when she experienced the love and acceptance from her youth pastors, which inspired her to get involved in the youth ministry. We know that the youth we have today are our leaders of tomorrow and realize the importance that these teens know who Jesus is and that they let the world see Him in them. We are truly grateful for the opportunity we have been given to be the Youth Pastors here at Living Water Church. |
